HHCMS-220 Carbon Molecular Sieve
Carbon Molecular Sieve nitrogen, nitrogen recovery rate, long service life, suitable for various types of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine, is the preferred product of pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine. The main component of carbon molecular sieve is elemental carbon, the appearance of black columnar solid. It contains a large number of micropores with a diameter of 4 angstroms, which have a strong transient affinity for oxygen molecules and can be used to separate oxygen and nitrogen from the air. Nitrogen is produced industrially by means of a pressure swing adsorption device (PSA).
The Carbon molecular sieve is a material containing tiny pores of a precise and uniform size that is used as an adsorbent for gases.
The most notable features of the carbon molecular sieve are high gas-producing efficiency and low energy consumption, especially for the preparation of nitrogen with a purity of less than 99.5% to 99.9%.
It is widely used in large air separation nitrogen equipment, and its application fields include coal mine, ship, oil storage and transportation.
