13X-APG Molecular Sieve
Approximately 9-10A, mainly used for gas purification in air separation plants, drying and desulfurization of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas, deep drying of general gases; Catalyst support, water and carbon dioxide co-adsorption, water and hydrogen sulfide gas co-adsorption, in medicine And the drying of the air compression system; it is also used in the purification of the raw material gas of the large and medium-sized cryogenic air separation unit to remove water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons. 13X-APG molecular sieve has a high carbon dioxide adsorption capacity, and at the same time can adsorb trace moisture and other hydrocarbons in the air.

Regeneration:

Package & store:
Indoors with room temperature and relative humidity not greater than 90%: avoid water, acid, alkali, and isolate the air, and store in airtight.
Packing 25KG/piece. Specific can be based on customer requirements.
Shelf life: minimum 2 years.
Note: Avoid direct exposure of molecular sieve to air.
Regeneration of molecular sieve
In order to achieve good operating performance and as long as possible life, molecular sieve must be regenerated after a certain period of use. The molecular sieve after the correct regeneration is the same as the fresh one, its adsorption performance and mechanical performance degradation and aging are very low.
There are two basic methods for molecular sieve regeneration:
To change the temperature, it is to remove the adsorbed substances by heating the molecular sieve. In the industry, it is generally heated with preheated regenerating gas to purge the molecular sieve to about 200°C and take away the desorbed adsorbed substances.
Changing the relative pressure is generally used in the gas phase adsorption process. The basic method is to keep the temperature of the adsorbent constant, and to remove the adsorbed material by reducing the pressure and blowing back with inert gas.
The regeneration time is about 3-4 hours at constant temperature.
